I am so sad and sorry to read most of these posts! The negative lives that you all lead! The negative everythings.
I am sorry and will personally appologize for any misleading you feel that you have had in the Mary Kay buisness. But I can't say that I'm either surprized or sorry, that you have let your selves become so hateful and negative, that you feel the need to sit and bad mouth the very company and people in it that have probably cared the most about you, outside your family. That isn't what Mary Kay is about & it certainly isn't a healthy attitude to have. I'm sorry this is your "time well spent".
I wish I could offer you all a new chance and a new outlook, but that's something that you have to be willing to want.

Boo Ok, now you have done it!! Who the heck are you to pass judgement on these ladies without (obviously) doing all your research?! I say obviously, because it is quite clear that you have not read enough of the site to make the judgement you just made!  While I agree with the fact that not all of MK is what these ladies have been through (my own experiences having been much more pleasant) where do you get off making these ladies seem petty, negative busybodies??? If you are so happy than WHY ARE YOU HERE??? There are some WRONG women in MK and they are doing some very bad things in the name of GOD and Mary Kay Ash. If you are not one of them, then BACK OFF!! If you are not one of them, then the things you have read here should appall you and make you want to seek justice!! MK has done no wrong to me, but I WILL STAND BY AND FOR ANY WOMAN ON THIS SITE!!! Now take your sarcasm and BS and go away quietly, unless you are prepared to stay and learn how to really spread the go-give spirit!!!  BYE BYE |

I have seen marriages break up over MK, a SR Director who had a baby commented to me the other day "I just don't know how you can have a career and a baby, I can't do this". Her baby, since she was born had been in day care 5 days a week 40-60 hours a week (she is barley a year old, mom is in her 40s, and in MK for 8+ years, built a huge successful business). Now, would you please tell me where God first, FAMILY SECOND, and career third is ????? She had housecleaners, assistants, gardeners, everything before the baby and still has it after the baby. BUT SHE CAN'T MANGE TO BE A FULL TIME MOM W/ HER BUSINESS! "It is just to much work!" This is what I saw in MK, and I feared my own marriage and my own family.... I complete understand where these women are coming from and what they have seen and heard!!!!

Amen H8! We are telling truths here, and since when does being honest mean that we're being negative and hateful. If anything, you are being negative and hateful by coming to this site, registering for an account, just so that you can wave your finger in our face. Step off lady! After what some of us have been through with Mary Kay (and lots more of us that are just lurking on this site) we are not interested in your opinion or even what you think of us. Dear Heavenly Father, Please forgive Cubiclecrazy, for she knows not what she is talking about. Help us be strong and not lower ourselves down to her level and play this game with her any longer. Lord, we ask that you find a way to pierce through the pink fog she sees through and reach her heart. Help her to understand that even if her MK experience has been all pink roses, that others' experiences have not been the same and that they have found a place to heal from the damage that was done. Help her to see that while there may be some negative MK talk on this board, it's truly about making sure everyone sees both sides to the "opportunity" in case a new consultant should have a run in with one of the  being talked about here. Lord, I ask that if you can NOT reach through her pink fog, that you will just make her go away so that she does not cause any more hurt in this place of Your good work. In Jesus' name we pray! Amen! |
