O.K., O.K., O.K. STOP! LOL

Yes I am thinking of signing up with Arbonne, but just for the discount on the Prolief, I use to use that and swear by it!!!!!!

I was just wondering if the yearly fee is really only $15.00 and when I sign up, is it really only what did she say? $29 or $39? Are there hidden fees? Tells us more about it!!!!!! Someone?

Also, I was looking at the Arbonne website and they seem to be very upfront about the business and what a consultant should expect.

I went to an Arbonne party last night though and have a few other questions! LOL

O.K. the consultant said that she gets a 35% discount and the said that we all get a 25% discount last night and that the hostess got an 80% discount, O.K., I take it the consultant knows she is not going to make money on selling Arbonne, just make money on if someone signs up? I'm lost!

If you can find me something that works as great as Prolief (Progesterone cream), I won't sign up! I swear!

WWIT Save your money...you know they are only telling you the good parts...aka marketable parts of the business.....

Stop and really think....you'd be better off buying the product you like at full price....how long would it take you to recoup the cost of joining? In other words how much of the product would you have to buy to make up the difference with the discount? Just a thought if you can follow my thought! smiley

UYC, one of the problems that I have with ebay, is the absurd shipping prices you usually have to pay! I also don't trust that I will be getting fresh product. Progesterone is something that I believe needs to be fresh for it to be effective. I like ebay, but I get tired of paying excessive shipping! I'm cheap! I'll just talk to my local health food person!!!!!

It was rather amusing at the Arbonne party I went to, the consultant said she was in qualifications for the car, but yet she didn't have a clue as to what was in her products or what most of them did!

She laso never gave us receipts or business cards, we have no way of getting a hold of her if we wanted to order more!!!! (Not that I do, mind you) She was pretty much chatting about "so if you sign up today, you will save.........", I knew Arbonne was like that, I don't know why I was considering signing up!!!!!! LOL  Sick

I understand the shipping charges concern.

However, I went and looked up what was on eBay right now.

Someone has two Prolief for $49.99 plus FREE shipping.

Or three for $60.95 + 8.99.

Now, that's shipping to me because I don't know your zip code. But my point is you can still get it for a discount and reasonable shipping.

Here's how I look at shipping charges on eBay: Include them in the price for the item. For instance, if they're selling something for $20.00 plus 8.00 for shipping, your cost is 28.00 for that item. Use that number to decide if it's a good deal or not.

I think you could do some searching and keep watching and find a deal. I'm sure it's a better option than joining the company.

Your local health food store has progesterone cream. Its not that Arbnonne has the corner on the market. If you want have your doctor write a script for progesterone cream, if you have insurance they may cover it.

I will look at my health food store! I don't have a doctor, as I have no insurance and can't afford a $150.00 15 min. visit with a doctor. I will check with my local health food store, in fact we have a brand new Seventh Day Adventist health food store near by that I will visit.  Love

I was just going to chime in that you can get Progesterone at the health food store.

This consultant was a pusher, not someone you want to be involved with at all.  I doubt she's actually in qualification for the car, but rather faking it till she makes it.  The NVP I worked under would celebrate everything, even someone being half way to qualification for Region.  That doesn't mean they are in qualification, they just pulled in $20,000 (I think, maybe) in volume in their whole Area.  An AM needs $40,000 (again, I think, I get fuzzy on the numbers now) a month for 3 months to hit region and get the car money.  And you don't qualify for the car, really.  You go out and buy or lease your own car, and if you make Region and then maintain a certain volume as RVP, they give you a bonus check intended to pay your car payment.

Anyway, don't sign up because this woman will keep bugging you, and you don't want that.

Oh, and the discount she was offering all of you guys was coming off her own discount.  She was coming out to 15% commission on cash sales in hopes of racking up $250 in volume so she could get a $100 of product for $20 to give the hostess the 80% off.  The discounts and commissions are not as great as they make you think.

NO WAY would anyone in qualifications let me go!!!!!! I had also marked on the card that I would dlike to have a party to maybe earn the Prolief, she didn't call for that either! She is either an idiot or new!!!!!! LOL

I just read this now and I am sooooo glad you are not signing up for Arbonne. It's great that you came here and asked everyone first. I was tempted to join Arbonne a while back because I liked one of their biomatte products, but then it was discontinued. MLMs suck LOL. BTW, I love that black cat in your avatar. I have two.....just lurve my kitties.  :loveshwr:

She's probably on the fence between staying or finding her way out the door.
