Hi Girls,

Sorry I haven't been around more. I've got a lot of things up my sleeve, and I've been busy.

Firsth, though, thank you Mlle and MyPink for your reviews on Makeup Alley (and anyone else who wrote one). Hara contacted me and is reviewing Beauty Bliss now. Thank you for bringing our products to her board!  :thnkyou: bighug

And now, in other news, as you know we were revamping some of our products and parts of the website. While doing this, I got a wild hair and decided I'm going to redo everything. So, we're moving to a brand new website. My old website will expire at the end of June, so that's the absolute latest we'll make the move. Here's the thing... the new site will have TONS of new features which include a wishlist, the ability to email a product description to a friend, different shipping options, different payment options and more. Plus, I'll be unveiling the new Lip Bliss (with one new color) and the new liquid lipgloss. I've also got a couple other surprises I'm working on. It's going to be so new and cool.  :loveshwr:

So, just thought I'd give an update so you know why the new lipgloss hasn't been listed yet. I am really super excited, and wish it didn't take so long. I've got to take all new pictures of the products and write new descriptions and everything, so it's keeping me busy. Anyway, thanks to all who filled out the lipgloss survey; Your ideas helped tremendously.  :stars:

I'll be posting a way for you to become a tester for the new lipgloss in a couple weeks, and with it comes the chance to win a free lipgloss.

Ok, I think that's about it for now. Thanks, again, for all the help! You girls rock!  :grphugg:

Countess, I know just what you mean!!  It has been quite humid here in NM this year, and my make-up still rocks!  And what I really love is that I can go to bed with it on and not feel guilty...  smiley  Does not make you break out at all...

I love me some Beauty Bliss and some Lynn!

Hi PinkBubble,

Thanks for your order.  :thnkyou:

It depends what you're trying to accomplish as to what I would recommend. Mineral makeup in general really helps calm down irritated skin and doesn't aggravate acne. If you want to coneal ruddiness from acne, try the green concealor. If you want to conceal acne scars, your foundation or apricot conealor should do the trick.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks to all the ladies on this board for your continued support. We're almost ready to go live with the new site, so give us a visit after July 1 to get a chance to win free makeup.

Have a great week!  :drawheart:

Hi Lynn - maybe your or the other ladies using your stuff can help me. I've been using Bare Escentuals stuff for a while, which I like, but I feel like I look shiny. When I just saw some recent pictures of me - confirmed, I'm shiny. And it's not oil - it's the makeup. I don't seem to get as much of the shine in the winter, but still sort of a satiny kind of shine. I don't like it.

Anyway, fairly soon I'm going to need to replace at least my mineral veil, and maybe foundation, too. Two questions:
1) Does your makeup contain whatever is in BE's stuff that makes you get that dewy, shiny look (some like it - I don't, I prefer matte finish)?
2) Do you have conversion chart or something to help convert the BE colors of foundation to your colors?

You've probably answered all this quite a few times by now, so sorry if you're repeating yourself!

Hi Barness vFP,

Thanks for your interest.

The ingredient that is making you look shiny is the bismuth oxychloride. We don't use it for many reasons, and there's a page on my site about it if you want more information.

Our original formula gives a satin finish and the matte gives a totally matte finish.

For finishing powder (mineral veil), we offer 4 to choose from, so if you want to keep it as matte as possible stick with the Sheer, Pure or Deep Blisses. The Shimmer Bliss will give a dewey finish similar to MV.

I don't have an exact color conversion chart, but if you'd like to email me your current foundation color I'll be happy to give you my opinion.

I hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to email or PM me.

Happy 4th!  :stars:
