I don't know about you but I have a VERY HARD TIME using the sample jars from BB - even after I have opened them they swell shut again....and if I dip my brush in - FORGET ABOUT IT!  LOL!

My friend "perfect stop" from PT just told me about these great jars from BB!  So I ordered 10 -- they are only 50 cents each and they HAVE THE SIFTER!

Here's the link:

Thanks, Sickie!  I was clumsy and spilled almost an entire sample recently.   crying  Will definitely have to get some of these.

Hi Girls,

I hope the jars don't cause you too much trouble. Sickie's found a great solution! I went to jars because most of my customers hated trying to get the samples out of the little baggies (not such a problem for eyeshadow, but for foundation, yikes!).

I'm always happy to help, so let me know if you've got a question.

I've been mulling over Sickie's idea of sifters in the sample jars. It would cost about a .25 more to have sifters. Do you think enough people would want sifters I should do it? Or should I sell sifters seperately, and keep the sample price the same? I'm ready for any ideas or opinions you have!

Forgot to add; this is for the 3g jars. If you want bigger jars, the cost goes up accordingly. So, lemme have it!

Lynn, I didn't have a problem with the jars. I just dip in the shadow and then use the top to swirl. The foundation, someone here suggested using a Tupperware like top to load the brush. Your samples are so generous I am sure that raising the price won't cause a stir at all.

I don't mind the sample containers you're using now. I think maybe letting people know they can get the sifters if they want to use the samples for a longer term (like some of the eyeshadows or blushes that don't get used up as fast as the foundation). Just a thought. . .

I like the idea of selling the sifters separately.  I dumped part of both my foundation and concealer samples---oops!  I'd like to reuse the jars for travel when I get my order in.  I actually like the completely see-thru jars versus the jars with the black top for travel.  It's easier to tell what is what.

I have a great solution for carrying a small touch up amount of BB. The New MK fragrance Affection had a solid perfume compact in the gift set. I think the BB powders fill fit in there just fine. Better than those heavy little compacts going to the landfill. They don't look like anything MK either.( I suggest
getting the compacts from someone who has used all the solid perfume)
