I'm so glad someone asked how to deal with the mess. I thought it was just me!! The lid idea is great, I'm going to have to try that tonight.
And thanks Lynn for the suggestion of mixing two colors together. I did try the foundation on at night, in my bathroom, under a yellow light, so that might have contributed to the yellowness.
But today is sunny, sort of, so I will try the colors again to get a more natural view. But so far, no itching, no redness, no annoying bumps, especially when I sweat! Wow, its great! =)

faint Okay, what is wrong with me, besides the obvious? I don't have a mess at all from minerals. I just tap some into the cap and then use Lynn's brush to dip into the cap -- then I turn the brush upside down and tap it into the brush and then apply. No mess.........but maybe I'm doing something wrong?! NOW........anyone have any ideas for TOOTHPASTE problems in the sink??

Okay, I'm with you Sickie, I really don't have a problem with a mess - I MUST be doing something wrong! I do use very little, and actually apply in two layers, so that might make a difference too. The larger lid idea is great - especially for mixing colors, thanks saved! The toothpaste, yeah, ick. . . I might start spitting in the toilet from now on - then my bowl will be cinnamony fresh!

LYNN:
I want to hear all about this new cleansing bar! My skin is so crazy - it can go from dry to oily to normal in one day. Can you tell us more?

Hey TGIF- I'm glad your skin is doing so well. Yay! Hey PPA and Done, I've got the first gentle cleansing bar up on the site. You can read all about it here on the board or at www.beautyblisscosmetics.com/soap.html They're great for sensitive skin because they don't irritate at all. (I can't use lye based soaps without turning red, and that is 90% of handmade soap products out there. Boo) It's also unscented, just in case. I'm working on another one this weekend, which will hopefully get finished. This one is scented and kind of a "special" soap. I also have some requests for liquid cleansers, but I don't know how well that's going to pan out. Takes a lot of "stuff" to make it stable and liquid. Anyway, that's the quick and dirty. If you have any questions, just holler.

I've gotten the Spun Silk dup finished. It's going to be called "Silk" and I'll try to have it up on the site this next week. I've got the picture, I just have to format it and add it to the webpage. It's the exact same color as Spun Silk, but it is a little more shimmery. Anyway, it's really pretty and I'll get on it and get it listed. Thanks for your patience!
