No joke! Thank God I have one friend whose body chemistry changes it enough to smell good.  She is buying my only one in stock for 50% off! Mlle, great avatar! I thought I would be the first to have one of 'em.  *pouts*

rofl I'm sorry! I've tried not to get too far into the Pink Flower businees (I feel sort of bad for her if she is for real) but that was too funny,  Done! giggle

Sassy, there's just no way that chic is for real.......if so, maybe she has an issue with math and hasn't noticed the negative karma  rofl

I tried this fragrance and I thought that it smelled sort of "manish."  I prefer lighter scents like Elige and Journey.  My husband said that it stunk and it was a cross between a man and a lady's fragrance.  I have found that I like some of the fragrances at Victoria's Secret.  They are light and not too overwhelming.  And they are not that bad on the wallet either, compared to major department store brands.

splat  Ok, I kind of liked the Affection, although it doesn't matter. DH only likes Cool Water for women on me.  I wear the Elige to work because it's the only other parfum I have that I haven't brokent he top on.  DD LOVES velocity and I am a bit partial to Belara.  However, I won't be buying any of it anymore (except Velocity for DD).

Wow, I'm flattered that your DD loves me, Jypsi!   giggle

I finally got to smell Affliction...oops, I mean Affection when I was getting my hair done last week.  I found an ad in one of the magazines - it didn't smell bad, but wasn't my favorite.  I would definitely choose Velocity over it any day!

I have to say that among all the MK fragrances, the only one I truly liked was the one I hated in the beginning.......wouldn't even try it because I hated the way it smelled in the bottle!  But I have to say that I wore Elige quite often.  I like that Oriental flare...........

If you want to cut your ties with MK, Clinique Happy smells exactly the same as Velocity.  Trust me.  I wore CH for an entire year to MK functions and everyone thought it was Velocity.   rofl rofl  And CH was out for a few years before Velocity.  Can you say copy cat?   Sick
Check out CH next time you are at a department store.  It's the original CH, NOT the heart one.
