Ok,my director is so undependable. like if i need her for a class(the only reason is b/c i dont have as much stuff as she does),i'll tell her when it it is,she says ok. then i'll call her a couple days b4 the class and remind her and she'll say "well i have a class that day or i thought it was next week.... i really dont need her at all but i havent even done my own class yet and usually when she does them she makes everything worse. she's always scrambling looking for stuff or losing it,worst of all she loses my stuff! she drives me crazy and she always pushes me for orders,and when i say i had a $100 i was saving b/ it had to go to diapers,baby food,etc she pauses then says...."ookk? how do i get her to leave me alone,even when i dont need her for classes anymore?...w/o being rude?

  thanx. but i know my limits,just b/c ppl tell me to do something doesnt mean i will. she'll have to go through hell to get me to place an order for even $600. i only place what the ppl want.but i knew there was somethin about her and immediatley didnt trust her. she invited me to go to an open house tomorrow at ms.waydens(who is supposed to be a top consultant w/ the pink cadi) do u know her? well my director said that she taught her and she owes everything to her. so im guessing shes worse than she is. she said "since im new" she thought i could use the experience and u can also sell stuff there too. she said she could only pick one person out of her unit to go so i guess im supposed to be thankful...? whatever but i guess ill see what its about but if they mention recruiting or buying more crap i dont need then  . i do like this business though,u are ur own boss,theres just ppl trying to b the boss of u only if u let them. dont worry bout me,im more independent than they think.

well to me u cant let others opinions affect u. everyone has there own opinion of everything,doesnt matter if its the best thing in the world thers always someone who will b negative or tricky especially bout doing things for money. u can make ANYTHING fun. and with mary kay theres going to b ppl out there who just wants ur money but u cant let them bring u down. u cant listen to everything everyone says. u have to do it ur way or u wont b satisfied. everyone has there bad days,bad experiences,etc. its up to u to turn the negative to the positive. i believe marykay really did make this opportunity for women and its up to us how it affects us and the company. ur only sad,unhappy,unsuccessful only if u let urself be and only if u let others do it to u. no one makes u cry u do. no one makes u b unsuccessful, u do.only u listen to the ppl who really dont know what there talking bout and just wants u to buy,buy,buy. all im sayin is just b/c someone is out there doing it the "wrong" way doesnt mean u still cant change the world,or at least one woman who really needs to here shes beautiful.
