Anyone keeping up this season. I haven't been keeping up as much as last season. I thought the contestants were rather week this time although Jason Castro blew me away with his rendition of "Hallelujah"

I started watching the auditions but then haven't seen anything since they chose the finalists. I'm definitely not keeping up. I will hopefully get to tune in this coming week.

I thought it looked like there were several that have potential. Some really good singers, not just screamers!
Haven't learned all the names yet. Will have to get clued in more on the women too.

Jason is adorable, but Michael is HOT...  And David is a sweetie -- I am so glad the young cute one this year can sing his butt off! And the women are really good too -- I actually like all that made it to the top 12... |

Woohooo, I was waiting for someone to start this thread!! I love, love American Idol  David Cook has sudden gotten HOT.... Michael Johns has always been hot.... Jason Castro is beautiful, ahhhh, his skin and eyes are just heavenly!! I am also enjoying Brooke White, very nice!! Kristy Lee Cook should go tonight... should have been gone!! She is a pretty girl but she really gets on my nerves for some reason!! |

I think it will come down to David Archuleta and someone else. Maybe Jason Castro. I think Syesha is amazing. The two blondes drive me up the wall, especially Brooke White. (No, I haven't memorized all their names...I'm looking at the Idol site while I type.)  |

I think it might be a battle of the two Davids with Jason a close third. I love Syesha but I think she may not last too much longer. I didn't watch last night but I'm hoping Christi (the other blonde) will go next regardless.

I still love Michael, and I like Brooke too... I have enjoyed her since the beginning, and she seems kinda sweet.
David Cook has progressively gotten better, and I like Carly too... Her tats are cool, but her hubby with them on his face?? A bit much for me -- kinda hitler youth scary to me...
Jason is such a little cutie with those eyes, and Syesha has also gotten better but will probably be booted soon.
I have never been a Christy fan, but that kid is SMART and can play to her audience! Last week with the God and flag song covered in red, white and blue, and then again with the patriotism this week... Those country fans are in heaven...
Anyway, I guess I like most of them this time around... Archuleta will probably win, and he does have a great voice, just a bit young for me...
