Celebrities nowadays from athletes to stars to those who are famous for their parents being rich seem to think they can do whatever they want and get of easily.  Lindsay Lohan is now claiming she isn't guilty the cocaine isn't hers.   Its really sad that these girls went off the rails, too much fame too much fortune, not enough guidance.  The thing that makes me really angry is that the ones who involve themselves in illegal activities like Paris don't pay the penalty that a normal everyday Joe would they get preferential treatment, going home early from prison.  What is it a day camp that you can call mommy and get picked up from because you are stressed.  The system is totally flawed.  What if ones of these girls had killed somebody while they were under the influence, then what.

As for dog boy he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and be punished severely.  As for NIKE, they should definitely pull the merchandise, but I bet they are thinking corporately and going to do it at the last minute once the verdict is in, if they do that doesn't speak very much about their company values does it.   Soapbox

Thanks for posting that, Carol.  Did you hear his statement today?  That he is innocent, and for everyone to please wait before convicting him?

Yeah, right.  Buddy.

I did see that TUP.  Not guilty my big toe!!

And, I agree with you....boycotting can really send a message.  So, I guess we can start with Nike.  (Unfortunately, I already don't buy Nike things.)

Nike dropped him.  Yesterday was a tough one for poor Vick -- bunch of endorsement deals GONE.

Loser.  Creep.  And don't tell me that none of his teammates knew...

Well it's not like he's hasn't already made enough money to last him the rest of his life.  Just give me his salary/endorsement royalties for six months... I'd be set for life.

Well, I just heard that Vick accepted a deal and will plead guilty to federal dog fighting charges. I guess they're now negotiating the time he'll serve...

Lord I saw that. How can a person electrocute, hang, or drown a dog? that is so frightening.

Vick is a complete idiot loser. He makes it to the big time and throws it all away on something so incredibly dumb and low-life.

Yeah...I bet fighting those dogs was SO worth it...way better than a multi-million dollar contract in the NFL. Can't believe someone can be so dumb.

Glad I'm not the only person so angry about this.  Seems that if you are a celebrity and make some money for the "biggies", you can get away with anything!  The "role models" that our kids/grandkids have are truly pathetic and destructive.

Makes me want to:   :nuke:

The most ridiculous thing to me is the idiots who are still supporting this clown.  I'd love to be on the the jury in the picture I previously posted.(Click on it for bigger view)
