Thnx for the suggestions. I did reply to tell her that my reasons are all in the letter. I am willing to dialog with her about my reasons. But I am not willing to delay my decision to return product. I already let one post mark date go by and I'm not going to let another pass! I have already seen my elgible return total go down by over 3k retail since I first called repurchase. I don't blame her for that. But I am not going to let her need to understand get in the way of me doing what I need to do. If it comes down to it I will explain to her what my boundaries are on this. My post mark date is next week and I'm gonna start packing it up today.

I know what my boundaries are. I know what I need to do and I'm going to do it. But it still is hard.  crying

Have you politely asked her re-read your letter?  Tell her you are willing to clarify statements from your letter, but that you are not willing repeat what has already been said.
I don't think people in the pink fog realize how difficult it is to write out our bad experiences with MK, that it just brings up the hurt and disappointment all over again.  I think I remember that you said she couldn't read all of your letter because it hurt too much.  You need to let her know that it was painful for you to write, and that the least she could do was read it since you made the effort.  If she can show you the respect to read your letter and ask informed questions, then are you willing to answer them??
I know you will do the right thing (which may not be the easy thing).

If I responded to her I would say that I have already explained myself and to please re-read the letter.  And I wouldn't respond to her until your things are in the mail.  That way when she starts her speech about are you sure you want to do this, you can tell her that you already have.

Ah ha! Yes, that is very smart. Why didn't I think of that? That will be a good way to keep my boundaries up.

Bless her heart...she wrote back and said she still hasn't been able to bring herself to read the letter.

This is getting harder...I just got another message from her online...she is asking me to explain myself which I already did in the letter. I am so ready to just have this behind me.

Tell her this, then stop talking -  "Staying in Mary Kay is not a good business decision for me."

If she keeps asking, just keep saying - "Staying in Mary Kay is not a good business decision for me."

It's a technique called "broken record",

It was funny cuz I just told myself yesterday that I at least wanted to get started on counting it up. I thought it would take 4-ever to do it, so I just set a small goal for myself. I told myself I would at the very least count up all my eye shadows and cheek colors. I know, small goal. But I felt great after I got that much done and just kept right on going. It was really cathartic. And the throwing part was a lot of fun--after I would count something then I would just toss it into the box. It all went faster than I thought it would and it fit in two boxes! I'm glad I got that done cuz I know that when my director does read the letter she is going to have questions and it will be good to have the product out of my hands as quickly as possible.
