Sad (and other posters) I say that if you love bumblebees or the color pink, or cadillacs, or whatever, don't let MK ruin it for you! It's your right to reclaim the things you love. Go out and get what you want, "MK taint" be  bleepmeed!! Okay, back you your regularly scheduled programming.

Sassy, you are absolutely right!!!!  We can't let MK ruin the things we loved before.  Besides, at the rate they're going, they're going to steal every saying, color, and object by 2010.   clap clap clap

You are SO right! I get so tired of hearing people say "Mary Kay said live by the Golden Rule and treat people like you would want them to treat you"!!!!!

SO DID JESUS! (And I *think* he said it first!)

*wave Not sure if anyone is reading this anymore, but just wanted to congratulate those that are brave enough to go thru the whole tattoo process. I figured that bearing my children was enough pain and suffering for me (that would be both delivering them and raising them! box2).

Anyway, on a side note - i've seen a few pretty wild tattoo's on some in our "Area". Even one consultant that has dreds - not what i would have expected when i joined, but i'm just a "country gal". Takes every kind to make this old world go around.

My youngest son, a former Marine, has been wanting me to get one for several years now ... he's completely tatted up!  Even designed a few of them ... think I'll have him design one for me and give myself a going away present ... going away from the pink fog!!  Any design ideas?   ???

Hm, tattoos are totally personal, so I don't even know what to suggest. Mine has to do with the US, the military, the state I live in, and several other things, all rolled into one, so it was a personal design, and completely special to me. You have to figure out where you want to start.....

yes and no-- it depends on where you get it at.  I have some on my hip and on my back.  the ones on my hip tickled--i laughed the whole time.  the ones on my back HURT and HURT bad-- but it gave you a huge adrenaline rush and that is why I got more done there.  It is weird to say it-- but it is a good kind of hurt.

Mine hurt, but not too bad, and not so bad that I cried or anything. I winced. I took deep breaths. It is on a fleshy spot, my ankle, but low, below the ankle bone, lower than most people get them, so I can hide it if I want to. But the pain wasn't too bad. It only took 20 min to get.

I want another one but am waiting to get back to Orlando to use the same guy.I live in NY so it may not be too soon. Mine didn't hurt but I think if you are getting something painful done that has meaning it kinda makes the pain bearable. Like waxing I suppose. giggle

This x-red jacket has two.

One I got many years ago.  A small butterfly just under the bikini line.   rolleyes

The other I got about 2 months ago with my daughter.  Matching Tribal hearts on the inside
of our right ankles.   Love
