Uhhhh.....

Brown sugar baked ham with apple sauce, green beans/butter, my mom's scalloped potatoes and my MiL's home made rolls, fresh from the oven.

But I love a teriyaki beef plate lunch with two scoops sticky rice and two scoops real potato/mac salad as well.

*sigh*

 

Wow UYC, that's a hard one! LOL, since food is my favorite thing anyway!!!!!

BUT, my favorite dinner is from Hunan's in down town Portland. We always order; General Tso chicken (and it's not the battered kind either), Lovers Shrimp (it's a Yin and Yang type thing, on one side is a light garlic sauce shrimp and the other is a spicey red ginger sauce, OMG, soooooooooooo good), Pot stickers, 10 Ingredient fried rice, Dry Saute string beans and finally, Jasmine tea!!!!!!! We only go there on my birthday, (YIPPEE, coming soon!!!!!!!) and my boyfriends birthday. This is the BEST Hunan food around!!!!! OMG!!!!! None of what we get is battered or breaded and is soooooooooooooo yummy, I almost cried the first time I ate it!!!!!!!! SERIUOSLY!
