San Antonio....just put my house up for sale.  I have a couple of family members in Houston, though, so I'm sure I'll be over there, too!

Dirty martinis:

Vodka
a splash of Vermouth
and olive juice

Long islands were my favorite until i was introduced to the dirty martinis. Only problem is if i drink too many of them, i get very honest and talk a lot of sh** so heaven forbid if a  Kaybot comes around me. It's over!  giggle

Usually I drink Sea Breeze but lately I have discovered the joys of beer. A lite has only 90 cals and it only takes 2 to get me buzzed.( yea I'm a cheap date) I used to be a wine cooler girl but too many headaches later I am searching for a hangover free drink! Any ideas? Cheers

Not sure what drinks are hangover free, but i do know that if you mix dark and light liquors, you can be sure to expect a major hangover!  faint.

Wow InTime!

great tips...I'll be working on those sometime next year.

The cherry vodka and cherry coke sounds AWESOME! But you're right - that could be really dangerous. Do they make diet cherry coke? Cuz then I would *really* be in heaven.

Since the mornings around here are getting a wee bit chilly, I've been reminded of a drink I love in the winter.  The ski resorts around here serve Smugglers.  Ummmmm.   A mug of hot chocolate with a shot of Peppermint Schnapps and whipped cream on top.  I don't like skiing, but I do like sitting in the lodge with a book and a Smuggler.  Cheers

oooooooooo!  Sounds YUMMY!!!  Since I haven't mixed a drink since freshman year of college (I've never been able to touch vodka again after that night.  What can I say?  I'm a PK!) could you post the recipe?  Cheesy

My favorite drink is:

3/4 Mailbu Rum
1/4 Pineapple Juice
Splash of Cranberry

My favorite shot is:

Rattlesnake

1/3 Bailey's
1/3 Peppermint Schnapps
1/3 Kahlua

This is layered so it looks like a rattlesnake's tail...
