I make Tzatziki sauce all the time, but I am not sure just how to pronounce it! Does anyone know? Is it Zatzeeki or tatzeeki or? Help!

I LOVE this stuff, and with Trader Joe's Non-fat Greek style yogurt, it is AWESOME!!!!! I probably eat it 3 times a week!  :teehee: Oh and I make mine without olive oil, I was taught that way I thought!

Tomorrow I am going to make Falafels for the first time! I can't wait!!!!

I love tzatiki too! Mmmm yummy! Good on sandwiches too!

Oh and if you want to be naughty! Tzatiki is really good to dip french fries in!  wink
