I kid you not.

They had purple cauliflower in the produce section of my grocery store today.

Orange too.

I think it's supposed to be milder than regular.

Didn't get any because the two purple ones they had had a little age on them. But I'm going to have to try this.

Think of the colorful salads you could make with this. I want to see if it stays purple after you cook it. THAT would be cool

Neat! I hope they do stay purple! Purple beans turn green when you cook them I wonder what cauliflower will do?

I've seen them before but never tried them.  My sister bought some and said it was interesting.  I'm not sure if that was good or bad.  Let us know what you think, if you try them.
