I found an interesting/fun video profile of Mary Kay Inc. and Mary Kay Ash and posted it on the main site.

It's fun to see Mary Kay herself and how the women looked when the story was done.    :teehee:

LJ - because I  :hearts you so, I actually played the entire video!   :nuke:

Okay, I didn't watch it all because I haven't had dinner yet,  Sick and after the first 2 mins, I had to cut the sound,  :ooops: then it got so bad, I cleaned out my fridge, took out the trash and loaded the dishwasher!  But it was on!  :1lmao:  Thanks for the laugh and getting my kitchen clean!

Glad we didn't have to wear those hairdos (is that a word?)  It was bad enough wearing heels (closed toes), hose and a skirt/dress  :1lmao: rofl

Do you think that some day people will laugh at videos of us?  YES definitely!!

Oh yeah, Julie...looked theyd been slammed up against a wall til their stood on end and then sprayed with a glue gun!  Don't you know that those hairdos prompted the story of the bee and all those horrid BEElieve statements! rofl rofl rofl

What became clear to me from watching this video is that all the pictures of Mary Kay Ash have some MAJOR airbrushing!

She looks much older and weathered in that 1977 video by far than she did in the picture of her the Company put in the flip chart I remember from back in 1989.

All those times I remember being trained to point out how wonderful MK Ash looked in her photos, naturally because she used the products...   Sick
