I am grateful for the people on this board. I say it often, but I'm always amazed just how wonderful this group is.

I'm grateful for the blood flowing through my veins and for the oxygen exchange that takes place in my lungs!

Sassy c that is such a profound thing to be thankful for - sometimes we take our good health for granted - dont we? It's amazing how our bodies are so intricately put together.  My dad passed away from emphysema and as you know the oxygen exchange just wasn't taking place no matter how much oxygen he was on, the lungs couldn't do their job.

Countess, I'm saddened for you at the loss of your Father....emphysema's a terrible condition.

Thank you for your compliment.....I guess this is part of my plan to have a simpler approach to life....take time to appreciate the small often overlooked things we tend to take for granted.  :loveshwr:

Today I'm grateful for the sunshine that warms my face and the cold wind that reminds me how vulnerable we humans are. snwflake

I am thankful for all of God's blessings in my life and his protective hand over me.  It's amazing how we see things as a negative at first and then as the big picture unfolds... we see how he was really protecting us from ourselves.

I am so grateful for my friends on this board.  Even when I go away for a couple of days due to work and shopping and wrapping and Christmas events, it is nice to relax and come "home".
