Tomorrow, Sunday, August 20 I am starting the 6-week body makeover. It was a bit expensive, but I am hoping this will be it for me. (Serial yoyo dieter) I am ready to be "normal" again. I really think I have been hiding behind 40 pounds for the last 5 years. I know it won't be easy. I will let you know how it goes.

Maybe I'll just have to eat my sweets here instead

I always thought that looked really interesting... that's the one that is based on your body shape/type right?  Best of luck to you and keep us posted.

Good luck to you!!  Keep us posted.  Perhaps if you get "down" or hit a plateau with your  program, you can post here and we'll pick you right back up.   smiley

Hello,  TGW,  Hope things have been going well for you with this program.  It's been over a month now. Do you have any progress reports for us? I'd love to know how this works.  I really need to get serious myself and I admire anyone's committment to a healthy lifestyle and weightloss.

My mom has lost 35 lbs and counting on this diet - she looks fabulous! She tried Weight Watchers and some other diets, but this one clicked with her...apparently.  I'm really proud that she has become so disciplined about her health.  Now I need to jump on that bandwagon - since my wedding I have been slacking big time!   blushing

Hey Ladies, I have been swamped with work so I have been neglecting my blogging.

To date I have lost 14lbs (Yeah!) But I think I look like I have lost 20. I haven't been a 100% stickler, because I just have to have sweets occasionally, but it is going well and I am going to keep it up until I get 30 or so more off.

Thanks for cheering me on.
