Thanks Sassy!  The video was stop and go for me even after having upgraded (a little bit) from dial-up, but it worked.  I liked this quote at the bottom of the screen: "How you spend your money is how you vote on what exists in the world."  So true!  I liked what she said too about how we're out of touch w/ sensing our nutritional needs and about how people nowdays typically eat for emotional needs.  Our society uses food for so many social gatherings, celebrations, etc. so it's not just negative emotions fueling it.  Sometimes it might just be a desire for something salty or sweet - but we know that can't be because of a salt or sugar deficiancy right? lol 

It's Canadian....a guy from the east coast....I would hope it's legit....but I never thought it couldn't be.... I don't even know how you would go about finding that out? I'll ask hubby...he knows more about that sort of stuff!

In Ontario....we don't have any school lunch programs that I know of....so it may not be a hot Canadian topic....perhaps in the bigger centers like Toronto they have school lunch programs but I know that we don't in our district.

Sooo it's PB&J....or Soy Bean butter and jam...cause you can't take peanuts or any nuts to school anymore.
