 :trdmill: How about if we include an exercise tracker/log for each week? We could write down what exercises we did everyday for the week, on Sundays, like;

This is actually my goal! Haven't done it YET! LOL

Monday: 8 min.Ttapp/ 45 min. Pilates/ 1.5 mile walk
Tuesday: 8 min. Ttapp/ 100 ab reps/ 15 min. weight training/ 1.5 mile walk
Wednesday: 8 min. Ttapp/ 45 min. Pilates/ 1.5 mile walk
Thursday: 8 min. Ttapp/ 100 ab reps/ 15 min. weight training/ 1.5 mile walk
Friday 8 min. Ttapp/ 45 min. Pilates/ 1.5 mile walk
Saturday: 8 min. Ttapp/ 100 ab reps/ 15 min. weight training
Sunday: 8 min. Ttapp/ 45 min. Pilates

I just think, writing down our workouts, might help to keep us going! Maybe we could write down our goals and then what we did accomplish! What do you think?

My goals for next week are to get in at least 4 days of cardio -  (I usually do Tae bo, kickboxing, step or an interval workout.)  and to train one body part per day lifting as heavy as I can (i.e. Monday biceps, Tuesday-triceps, Wed-back, Thurs Chest, Fri -shoulders -Sat- all legs )  Sunday is usuall a rest day.  My goal is to be consistent and not let anything stop my workout time- Just do it.

Does ripping apart my bathroom count as exercise? LOL!

I have a small goal and if I stick to it I will be very satisfied!

My goal is to get my butt moving on my treadmill 3x week!

I've replaced my computer chair with the bouncy ball.  Takes a little practice typing but at least I'm moving!  :badscale:

O.K. I did 15-20 min. Ttapp and 8 min. Pilates

The Ttapp tape I used was the Basic workout Plus! WOW, my little heart is pumping! GREAT feeling! WOW! I had to do the short Pilates workout just to relax! LOL, YAY! I finally exercised!!!!!

Yes, Sassy it will make you sweat, BUT it is only 15-20 min. and it's over like a flash. Great stories at the end too!

My workouts have been going pretty good this week.   I'm splitting my workouts up between cardio - am and strength pm.  I've done Monday and Tuesday was tae bo for cardio and today was high step training.   For strength  I did Chest&Triceps Mon - Biceps Tues, and tonight I'm slated to work my back.   One to two more days of cardio and Thursday will be a shoulder work out and Friday - lower body.   I'll be knocked out by the weekend.

Since I found that I have more energy in the mornings,  I decided to try lifting in the mornings this week.  Yesterday am I worked my back and PM I worked shoulders and did some cardio.  This morning I worked triceps and this evening will be some cardio.  Tomorrow morning will be an off day because I have to be a work extra early.

Thanks for all who contribute to this thread.  You all keep me motivated and accountable.  Sassy C ,I thought about you this morning when I wanted to hang on to that pillow for another 1/2 hour.  Because of your encouragement - I pressed myself and got up and did my tricep workout this morning.!  Yippee!

Ahhh Countess you are amazing! You deserve all the credit....but shucks...if you're gonna share...well okay! :biggrin:

I'm glad my shining face made you get your butt outta bed! :teehee:

You all will be proud of me! Since I've not found much time to get on the tread mill.....I did the stairs on my breaks at work today! The first break I managed only 6 flights of stairs at a rapid pace.....second break I did 9 flights of stairs....not so rapid near the end and third break...I thought about how many flights I'd do tomorrow. :whstl:

So now I'm feeling a bit guilty....Countess...you will be my driving force up those stairs tomorrow! My goal is to be able to do all 11 floors of the hospital at a rapid pace easily....I wonder how long it will take?

I could feel a really good burn near the top each time....sexy summer legs...here I come! :laugh3:
