 Oh my goodness....my legs are killing me....is it bad if it hurts to walk?  So first break I didn't have time to do stairs, second break I did all 11 flights! (thanks for the motivation Countess!) and third I could barely make it up 6...but I did it! Now...it hurts to sit, stand, movement of any kind....  But I'm gonna do it tomorrow too....I'll have my good friend J to help push me further!

April....it will be finished by April. Our renos are on hold as we are waiting for our new tub/shower to come in! Thanks for asking! BTW I did the stairs today! Once to the sixth floor and once to the eleventh floor!

WOW, I can't believe it's been 8 days since I've been able to exercise! YIKES! So I did 18 min. Ttapp (LOVE that program) and 8 min. Pilates (Suzanne Deason Pilates for weighloss) FEELS soooooooooooooooo good and sweaty LOL, but it's a good sweat Sassy  !!!!!!

Sunday night and tonight (Monday) I did my Ttapp and Pilate's and feel GREAT!!!!! BUT, I am trying out this Tom's Natural Deodorant, and I am finding out that it is NOT an antiperspirant! O.K. Sassy, I know, I know!!!!!!! LOL

Ok WWIT, I've got four 12 hr days ahead of me, which means the stairs are calling my name! I plan to do them at least twice per shift. Do you want me to do some for you? P.S. You will be pleased to know that I managed to get all sweaty and gross doing some exercising today!

Well I did the stairs twice today and both times to the 11th floor....I think it's getting easier....I'll let you know tomorrow if my legs hurt!  BTW WWIT I did some for you too!

No leg pains yet! And I went to the 12th floor and 11th floors today.....ahh two more work/stair climbing days to go!  It's getting easier! Still huffing and puffing when I get to the top....
