Every one is doing great. This week I walked, did Taebo and strength trained. I bought a heart rate monitor so I can make sure I'm in my target heart rate range for my cardio workouts.

I haven't done much exercising this weekexcept walking about a mile a day, because with this darn sinus infection my head feels like it's going to explode!!!!!! BUT now that I'm on antibiotics, I should be back to doing something tomorrow!!!

Sounds like you've been doing pretty fantastic yourself Countess! How do you know what your target heart rate should be? WWIT Glad to hear that you are on antibiotics and that you are starting to feel better! Looking forward to hearing about your exercising triumphs! But a mile a day isn't anything to scoff at either!

Sassy I do it the unscientific way of subtracting my age from the number 220 that's my maximum heart rate. I try to workout and stay in the zone of 60-89% of my maximum heart rate for at least 20 minutes.
I haven't done as well as I've liked the last week but I figure some exercise is better than no exercise at all. My biggest difficulty is trying to do the whole "clean eating thing" They say that diet - what you eat- is 80% and exercise is 20%. I wish it was the other way around but unfortunately for me that is not the case.

I've actually been keeping up pretty well. I'm trying to pace myself as not to over train. I'd rather be steady and not over do. I find when I over do it, I get burned out and slack off for a while. I want to be consistent not crash and burn all the time.
I haven't weigh myself but I have lost inches because my clothes are fitting better and I can fit somethings I couldn't a few weeks ago.
Ladies, let's pick ourselves up and keep going!!!!

I bought s treadmill!!! LOL, it's this cute little thing that folds up when you don't need it. It is also manual, so no motor to get you going!!!! It also always has an incline, so you are always walking up hill! I do great for about 7-8 min. then I'm done! LOL I did start my period this morning, so maybe that's why I could only do a few minutes. I always get REALLY tired just before my period! I am soooooooooo excited to have that to use when it's pouring down rain here!!!!!! Today I will try and get some Ttapp done and a few minutes on the treadmill too!!!!!!!

I move my exercise ball to the computer but my son puts it away!  We did our walk yesterday AND today!  Rain is coming so I'll have to sneak the ball back in!

Hey, I posted under weekly weigh in but I'm posting it here too! Me & BF decided to walk 3 X a week. In the last 5 days, I've went 4, she 3 ! Almost 2.5 miles!  I was excited about it being over a mile then realized,  , we're going up & back!

How's everyone doing?  We are hit and miss on "daily" walks but are hitting our average of 3 X per week and have cranked it up to about 3 miles.

Good job Tam! I have to admit.....I do what I can when I can....truth be told I don't make much time for exercising! Plus my darn ankle's acting up again!  I still enjoy my morning yoga stretching...but that's about it! I'm failing miserably at the cardio end of things!
