Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these and what they thought. Don't know much about them except people claim all this black stuff comes out in the water, which is supposed to be "toxins".

I have a friend that is a massage therapist.  She tried it and now offers it to her customers.  She says it works.  I never tried it because I was afraid that after all the MK toxins were pulled out there would be nothing left of me. rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

My yoga teacher did some kind of foot detox.  She wore these special patches on her feet for a few days.  She said they were gross and nasty when she took them off each night.  She was happy with the treatment.

I've seen the foot bath ones myself.

I'm skeptical though. Are they putting something in the water that reacts and makes you THINK something is happening? It's weird...

UYC ,I think you are right. There is something in the patch that reacts with foot sweat. Yuck!

IMHO detoxing isn't necessarily a good thing if you are on certain meds.....as they will pull those out of your system at an alarming rate.  And I think there are some that will keep you busy racing to and fro the potty  crying crying
