Hey y'all! So my weight finally budged! Must be cuz I've been to lazy to cook any junk when the mood strikes!

I'm now 208, down from a highest weight of 221 in Jan. Why do I still feel so large? Shouldn't I feel some sort of difference in my clothes? Ugh. I want to be in the hundreds (vs. two-hundreds) by sometime in April. My requirement for myself is that I do that w/ my focus on health and not numbers! For me that means no chemical-laced low-cal diet foods, just healthy regular food, better choices of it, and smaller portions. Oh ya. And exercise. (That old thing!)
