Hi done!

I do 15-18 min, Ttapp (low impact aerobics), 8 min. Pilates, and 1-2 mile walk a day. I try to do this every day, but fall short many times!!!!!!! LOL, UGH!

Congrats SSW!  I know a visit from Aunt Flo is an odd thing to be happy about, but it's nice to know your body is getting healthier  - shows things are going in the right direction.  (I was in the same boat).   Was it a tough decision about quitting your job or was that pretty cut & dry?  Either way, congrats on making a good choice for yourself!   :yays:

Welcome to the thread here Done!  It's a great little corner of the world to celebrate our "losses" and vent about our gains together!  And yes, quitting sugar cold turkey is that hard.  Not recommended, but I'm an all or nothing type - TUP has the right idea!
