O.K. it's time again. So far this past week I've made it up to 184, WTF? Why am I gaining?
I am changing my course, I will lose weight this week and the next and the next and the next and so on and so on!!!!!!

178!!!!!!!! WOOHOO, that is just from eating better for a few days! Getting rid of that lovely bloat!!!!!!!
It's like I have this bad voice in my head that says "oh go ahead and eat that, it won't hurt you", I need to shut that little voice up!!!!!!!!

The new Biggest Loser Weight Loss magazine is out, it has some really awesome ideas in it!!!!!! Jillian has a workout routine that will work great!!!!!!!!! I like their USDA style food pyramid, it takes some thought, but you can't lose (actually you will, hopefully) by following it!!!!!!!!
