WOW, it's been awhile since we weighed in!!!!!!! I weighed in at 176 this morning, so I'm looking at a 4 pound weight loss!!!!! YES!!!!
I have decided to take my weight more seriously after watching "You Are What You Eat" on BBC, thanks again RTP for bringing up that show!!!!! I LOVE how Dr. Gillian shows what you are truly eating that is hidden in your food. Like the girl who ate pork rinds all the time, she showed what they really looked like fresh from the pig and how much she ate!!!! EWE!!!! Sick
She also talks about what your poo should look and smell like Sick , but it tells you if you are eating healthy and if you aren't she tells you what it does inside your body, OMG!!!!!!
