Argh! Up 2 pounds this week!

I had my period last week with severe cramps, so I didn't exercise (but I ate really well, I don't get it)

I don't get why I gained, because I've been eating less than 1400 calories, eating lots of fruits and veggies, watching my salt, eating whole grains!!!!! :wtf:  :sscale: :cry:

- 1 lb this week   :sscale: but more importantly me & BF started WALKING last week.  We said 3 days per week, but I've hit 4 outta 5 days and plan on going this pm as well!   :yays:  I haven't driven our route but am sure it is at least 1 mile, maybe 1 1/2 miles!

WWIT -

HOW COOL!  It's 1.35 miles (guessing a little on the starting point!)  I told hubby there was probably a way we could figure it on line but didn't know where!   :yays:

I know, isn't that cool!!!!

Last year when I wasn't working every day, I would map out my route and then print it and leave it on the table so my boyfriend would know where I went if anything happened! LOL (I'm a little worry wort)! So cool!!!!!

We live on a "main road" - too hard to watch for traffic, so we go down & cut over, to this little side road.  

I think I met 4 cars on it yesterday.  There are only 2 houses (that we go past) - 1 noone lives in.  The other has a dog that we got worried about the 1st day, but it's a big puppy so no harm there.  

We're wanting to expand and go further - we walk all on flat ground and on the road - but the last part is up hill, and a little curvy.  Gotta remember safety on that part, single file, etc.  

Thanks again for the website post.  I can't belive I didn't double the mileage! :doh

Keep doing what your doing WWIT....it will come! Your body needs time to adjust to new routine!

Know that you are still doing the right thing for your body and it will love you for it!

I have been so very sick since Thursday! (I think those germs WWIT had a while back are travelling east!) I could barely lift my head off the pillow let alone workout! It's sad...I'm winded walking up a flight of stairs and I feel very, very weak! UGH I hate being sick...not to mention I missed two days of work with no pay! Talk about adding insult to injury! I make a terrible patient! Just ask my husband who was watching three kids, laying tile and taking care of a whiny sick wife! :teehee:

 :bskt for you Sassy and hopes of a speedy recovery!  I hate getting sick too, hardly ever happens (knock wood) and I'm not a good patient either!   :hugme: and  :chocdnce: both are good for whatever ails you!  (These  :chocdnce: have NO calories, so here are some extras!  :chocdnce: :chocdnce: :chocdnce:!)  :hearts :hearts :hearts to Hubby and kids!  They will have their sweet lovable momma back soon!   (You can share your  :chocdnce: with them!)
