I have adjusted the PM (private message) limit for newbies from 1 to 3.
I think this is more reasonable.
Once you're out of the Newbie stage and move to "Lost in the Pink Fog", your PMs allowed increases to 8.
Once you reach "Still Foggy" you will have unlimited PM privileges.
Also, some settings were wrong and a few boards, like the eBay board and the Moms board were hidden from Newbies. I have adjusted that as well.
