Okay...

I have created a new group called "Newbie".

Everyone who is new will go into this group until they have a few posts built up and we know they are here for real. During your time as a newbie, you will only be able to send one PM per day. It will go to unlimited once you become "Lost in the Pink Fog".

I hope this solves the problem. Had to play with this a little. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Question UYC:  Is there a maximum on the number of pm a person can RECEIVE?

 I ask because someone pm me and wanted an answer so I tried to pm her back and I got a note saying maximum pms have been reached.  But I have not pm at all today.  SO I was wondering if we can only receive a certain amount too.

Okay, I saw the new rules and they make sense.  However, I have posted many times 20 something and I still can't pm.  Do we all have to post 10 times before we can pm?  Just wondering,

There's no reason I can see from the board settings why you shouldn't be able to PM.

Anyone else having a problem who doesn't think they should be? If you aren't labeled a Newbie on the board, you have unlimited PMs.

Let me know. What message/error are you getting?

I can pm.  The problem was that I was pm-ing a newbie and apparently  they have a max they can receive.  Thank you and sorry for all the questions smiley
