I've been busy working on a piece of furniture that I pulled out of our basement (was there when we moved in). The original top had two hole cut into the top and the original base had mold and dirt throughout. I with some help from my hubby we fabricated a new top out of some of the original pine plank flooring we found tossed in the back of our property.

I then spent many, many hours sanding, repairing, staining and varithaning........and now you know one of the reasons my bathroom is taking sooo long to complete! :teehee:

Wow!  That turned out great - you can't tell that it wasn't always that way!  Do they have extra hours in the day in Canada?  You make me feel lazy! :teehee:  How many projects are you working on?  Plus work, plus kiddos, plus DH?  Whew, I need a nap just thinking about it all!   :biggrin:  Keep up the great work!   :loveshwr:

You guys make me smile! Did I mention I never sleep?! I average about 6-7 hrs a night! Plus I have a pretty fantastic hubby that works harder than me....just trying to keep up to him!  Love

But we'll go with extra hours in Canada eh!  :teehee:
