Hey Ren! Been a while since I responded to any of your posts (very consumed with other things right now--LIFE), but anyhow, just wanted to tell you that we really appreciate your point of view and enjoy having you around! You and justme seem to make a great team and so many couples can learn from your experiences. My hubby is pretty anti-MK and would probably have a few things to say, but getting him here to say it is a different story, LOL! But, I'm working on it!

Hey Duchess - the record guy is Ladanian (sp?) Tomlinson. I think he's my husband's hero right now. He's into fantasy football, and he has "LT" on his team, so he keeps crushing his fantasy competition. LT is all I hear about each weekend, and every time we run into pretty much any other man on the planet. The guys won't even know each other, but somehow, a fantasy football conversation immediately ensues 30 seconds after introductions are made.

like i said, i do know what it is, but when a guy hears or reads DH, in his head he is instantly thinking 'designated hitter'.
i can think of EXACTLY zero instances where a guy would refer to his wife as DW. believe me, we have too many other things to worry about doing or saying that we get a whack for.
