We had our first parent/teacher conference Tuesday night at my son's school and he is doing very well in school.  The teacher said they will be testing him for the gifted program by the end of the year he is doing so well.  He already knew how to read when he started kindergarten so he is reading ahead of the other kids.  She is giving him some challenging work so that he doesn't get bored.  I am so proud of him!
