Good question Michelle,
I believe one small change at a time will have the ripple effect, (ya know like the stone in a pond). Choose these positive changes for yourself and you will be overall a happier person and that is contagious. People like to be around happy people. Changes have to be like baby steps....if you jump into a grand change you will not be able to live with it and you will feel like a failure as you are unable to maintain your grand change.
We all have choices....if you want positive change bad enough you can make positive change happen.
One thing MK said was true, "if you want it and believe strong enough it will happen." (they just neglected to mention that you would have to be a grand con artist and have no problems lying through your teeth about the "opportunity")
