Hello Everyone,
I have been lurking here for awhile and decided to register so I can ask all of your advice.  I am a current MK consultant who got in over her head in DIQ this past spring.  I didn't make it through and after finding this site I am glad I didn't finish.  To keep myself in DIQ, I ordered way more inventory than I could sell and now all I have to show is a big credit card bill and way more inventory than I need.  I will be using the trading board to unload my excess inventory. I do have about 30 customers that consistantly order product from me so I don't want to return all my inventory to MK.  I still want to be a consultant and service the customers that I have.

On another note, of the twelve people that were on my team only 2 are active and they are personal use.  To top it off, one of my recruits sent her inventory back to MKC and now I am looking at a bill from MK to pay back my commissions of $150!!!  :wtf:  I am so disgusted and I can't believe I have to pay back these commissions.  My question is if I ignore the bill from MK, will they send it to collections?  Can they legally ask me to pay back this money I earned?  Please help!

 *welcome PInk shadow!

You know my advice would be to send the stuff back, pay your credit card off and service your customers from the trading board here, be aware though that when you send your products the company will charge you the money from the commisions from that consultant, but at least you get to pay your credit card..

As far as the chargebacks, I know some people think is ethical to pay them, but in all honestly, the way MKC handle business is anything but ethical, so in that note when I returned my inventory they send me a bill for chargeback from a consultant and I NEVER pay them back, I just ignored it. They stopped sending them, but that was my personal choice.

I am glad you are here and I am sure you'll get great advice from this ladies here!

*welcome Pink Shadow ~ you have come to the right place for advice and support!  This is a GREAT Board with LOTS to offer.

I second PRDiva and suggest you go ahead and return your product.  You can always service the 30 Customers from your own stock (not sending back product they order regularly) and then supplementing it from this board.  If you stay active just for these 30 women you will end up ordering additional product to hit quotas and end up in the hole even more.  I know it is tempting as you think 30 women will order LOTS, but will they all order at the same time???  I doubt it and they won't want to wait for the others to order so you will be placing lots of smaller quota orders.  PLUS, with the way MK changes product styles/colors it will be a never-ending revolving door of ordering.

I don't mean to sound negative, but I thought the same thing when I quit MK and then ended up missing the deadline to send back the bulk of my product and am still unloading it almost 2.5+ years later.  Don't miss that window of return like I did.  Just my 2 cents.  :-)

Welcome to the board....I don't know enough to answer your questions, however I'm sure others like Prdiva and dkeys will chime in and give you more great advice....

In all honesty I'm forgetting about Mk and how it all works and I couldn't be happier!
