 Hi, I've been with MK for a little over year now. As much as I like the product, being a consultant just isn't for me. I work FT and have a 4-year old daughter, so it's difficult for me to find (ok, make) the time to hold shows. I haven't decided if I necessarily want to give up the direct connection to MK (I like the discount), but I know that I've got to get rid of a majority of the inventory that I probably shouldn't have purchased in the first place. I've been reading a lot of the posts and it's comforting to know that I'm not the only person who feels like she's been pressured into buying more. My director no longer notices me, which I have to admit is a good thing. I'm only an active consultant when I (or a friend) needs product. Other than that, I'm rather out-of-sight. Thank you for sharing your experiences. It definitely helps a "newbie" like me. ~lilchris

 lilchris! Glad to have you here! I would still send it back! There are plenty of people on here that you can get MK product from, for the same price and you don't have to buy $200 wholesale to get the 50% off! Just a thought. Welcome again.

Glad you found us! This site will surely be helpful to you as you sort things out. The biggest realization for me was to quit making decisions because of pressure and just get back to what I wanted out of it in the first place. I ultimately ended up sending the majority of my inventory back and would recommend that for the same reason WWIT said, but you'll have to decide what's best for you. Welcome!!

Welcome! I had a hard time 'quitting' as a consultant, but after a few months here, I realized that the rest of the world isn't as rah-rah MK as they have you believe, and I sent it back and got my blue check. |

Tam, I suggest you get out of MK ASAP. MKC doesn't care about you, all they care about is if you order!!! MKC's Queen of Sales is actually MKC Queen of Ordering!
