I've always liked Lancome Definicils. But I also like Maybelline Great Lash - an oldie, but a goodie (and cheap, too!)
I like MK endless performance is OK. I haven't tried the "Ultimate" - but from what I've read - its an "ultimate" disaster!
I think that L'oreal and Lancome are from the same parent company, so I'd bet that many of the lancome products are just repackaged for l'oreal.

I agree Lori, I can't be loyal to one brand for everything. It was really tough for me to give up my MAC Lip Glass when I joined MK, and then I realized I shouldn't have to. No women I know has all her cosmetics from one brand. . . it's just not right.

Max Factor 2000 Calorie. Good thickening mascara.
It helps to always gently dab the end with a tissue before applying to avoid clumps. I used to dab the whole applicator gently. Otherwise, too much and lots of clumps.
I started using this mascara like 10 years ago, and though I've used other ones for months at a time, I always go back.

I really like Lancome' Hypnose. I just got some more tonight! I quit using it when I "went back to MK" and missed it so much!!!!! I also got the eyeliner that I LOVE from Clinique, with the foam tip on the other end, so you can smudge it. I haven't been able to find anything else like that anywhere!

yeah, I actually liked the MK endless, but don't like the ultimate. too thick and clumpy! I just finished some Maybelline Volume Express Turbo boost, liked it fine and would use it again. I'm now trying Sonia Kashuk, like it a lot as well. It's a little more natural, but I can put on several coats w/o clumping. like the brush-

I totally feel like the lone ranger here.......I DO like the Ultimate mascara......my lashes are long, but a tad sparse in places and the Ultimate fills it in......I love that.....I went for years wearing false eyelashes everyday because I hated my lashes so much, but now I just slather on 4 coats of Ultimate and it's all good! (I'm actually being serious, here)

Agree about the Lancome Definicils. Its my favorite when I can afford it. The thing I like best about it is that my eyelashes remain soft rather than being stiff.

Done with DIQ - "You and me against the world." I love it too - don't know why, but it's not clumpy on me at all. I only have about 5 eyelashes on each eye and the Ultimate mascara makes it look like I have 10. And it doesn't irritate my eyes (big problem with most mascaras).

MyPinkBubbeBurst......I totally relate to no eyelashes.........I seriously still wear falsies when i really want to GLAM up my eyes.......love a smokey, dramatic, heavy eye! I really couldn't tell you if the Ultimate irritates my eyes or not, I don't wear it alot, but when i do it's normally on one of those nights that I just don't feel like taking my makeup off before bed (I know, gross Sick ) and my eyes are always red anyhow (I atrribute it to allergies, but who knows). They don't seem to itch or anything....and I don't think I've noticed a whole lot of clumping with the Ultimate.....I do seperate my lashes between coats, maybe that helps! Anyhow, glad to hear I'm not the only one out there who likes it!

Pre-MK I used Lancome Definicils. I really loved it.
I haven't made it to a Lacome counter since I sent all of my MK crap back, but Allure recommended Cover Girl Lash Exact. It comes in a purple tube and instead of hair bristles, the brush is a rubber/neoprene/plastic material. I'm really loving it. It separates my lashes really well, and NO CLUMPS!

I bought that in the Volume formula, it's in a red tube. I like it. It doesn't clump or flake. I'll probably try something else when it's time to buy another, but I would buy this again. For $6, you can't beat the price.
