Actually, you can do something about them.
Combination: use spf every single day; sun exposure will make them worse.
Use a combination of products to help exfoliate the skin and increase cell turnover, and youmight try a product w/ hydroquinone in it, which is used to lighten spots caused by sun damage, etc.
I would recommend paulas choice (no, I'm not paid by her, but should be for how much I recommend their products) b/c she has an array of glycolic (aha) products and a hydroquinone product, etc. her website is very informational and has a question/answer section, I bet you can find info. on ingredients to look for to help w/ your kind of problem. My sister used products w/ the above mentioned ingredients and it worked to fade some of her sunspots/freckles that had appeard over the last couple of years- now she's an avid sunscreen wearer as well.
Even if you don't buy PC products, check out her website for the information and education on ingredients. Also, you can buy samples of products ,but her products are inexpensive anyway.
hope that helps!!
