I decided it was time to look for some skin care that is NON- MK!  Yesterday I went to Bath & Bodyworks... picked out a couple of items from their Pure Simplicity line.  I got their Tomato Revitalizing Face Scrub... 4 oz. tube... reg. $18, but right now it's their big sale so it was 1/2 off!  From the same line I got the Pumpkin Purifying Face Mask... 8 oz. jar... reg. $18 and also 1/2 off right now!  The Scrub is REAL 'scrubby'... not like the little beads in TW 3-in-1 Cleanser.  Besides the tomato, it also has green tea, rosemary and lemon peel.  I haven't used a mask in ages, but my daughter said that Oprah uses this Pumpkin mask... so if it's good enough for Oprah, I guess it's good enough for me!  I haven't used either item yet, but will start this weekend.

I'm just curious if others have tried this line from Bath & Bodyworks?  I have normal/oily skin.  What I liked about TW 3-in-1 is that it did not leave my face sticky or greasy at all.  I don't think that it did it's so-called exfolliating job worth a hoot, but I liked it as a cleanser.

Any comments, etc.?  Any recommendations for a good cleanser and/or moisturizer that won't leave my face sticky?

I really like the Pumpkin mask... it makes my skin really soft.  But ya know... I just still really like the MK TimeWise C/O cleanser best for me... I don't even care that the little beads in it aren't really exfoliating that much of anything... what I like is that it does NOT make my skin sticky or greasy.  I still want to try Neutrogena's Foaming Cleanser... haven't done that yet, but will.  I guess I'm just feeling like I want to leave MK products behind, but it may be more difficult than I thought it would be!!

Try the Clean and Clear Morning Burst cleanser...  They have two kinds and I like them both!  Even though I do not have combo/oily skin, I like using that kind of cleanser, and I have really enjoyed these...

Thanks for the input.  I'm finishing up what I have here and then will give the Neutrogena a whirl.

How did you like the scrub from Bath & Body Works?  I would love to try out other product but MK....but you know..it's hard with a load of inventory!

Fauxpink, you should try Clinique's Liquid Face Cleanser in mild.  It leaves the same kind of clean as the TW N/O but it also contains enough salicylic acid to exfoliate w/o any "scrubbies".  Granules would be a good word for that I suppose.  I love it!  I've had my big huge pump bottle of it since November and it's less than an inch from the top.  It's also cheaper than MK too (suprise!).

I have a friend w/ oily skin and she is loving Ahava's cleansers.
I couldn't use the Neutrogena foaming cleanser. It's supposed to be gentle, but it was too drying for me. I use a Body Shop cleanser that I can use to dissolve my makeup and all of my eyemakeup too.

Try Paula's Choice. Awesome cleansers, and you can order little sample packets to try it out before you commit to a larger bottle. And her prices ore good.

It's been a long time since I tried their cosmetics, but what I do have from them is excellent quality and very nice looking. The hairspray I got from them smelled divine.

Currently, I'm loving Aromaleigh minerals and Ben Nye's eyeshadows and pencils. Plus Cover Girl mineral foundation, yeah I'm serious, it's good!

Hey, try that purple exfoliating "mini peel" by Olay that has glycolic acid! "peel" is misleading. It's an exfoliator, with little beads, warming action, and glycolic acid of course. It really works well, and your skin does not peel. Your makeup goes on so smoothly after that. Zits heal faster.
