Not sure that this is the right heading for my post, but here it goes... Just received this from my exDirector.
Mary Kay is trying to put together a Health Insurance as well as Dental Insurance plan for Consultants and Directors through Pro-Insurance. Please call 1-800-821-7383 and encourage them to do so. The success depends on the positive feedback they receive by the end of February. This may or may not be of interest to you, but will help some current consultants, as well as prospective team members needing such services!
This would suck up the remaining, if you actually HAD any, profit from most consultants! faint Sick faint Sick

But on the other hand, if the cost is competitive at least it is a step in the right direction for the independent consultant. I pay $600/mo for my insurance.

My thoughts were that the insurance might be affordable, but the actual coverage might REALLY stink. AND if they went to a plan that specified a network of doc's that you could see...people who live in the sticks (like me) would REALLY be screwed.
