I include this one simply to highlight the fact that the public does not know this.

I had a conversation with a relative years ago and they were under the impression that the way these directors got pink cadillacs was because they sold so much stuff. They were very interested to learn about the real reason.

Thank you for posting UYC. I was under that impression for awhile too, even while I was in the pink fog. It's totally possible to get a car (Cadillac, Vibe or Grand Prix) without selling a thing, or having any of your unit members sell a thing. As long as you have a certain number of team members, reach a particular career level and ORDERED enough product from the company, you "earn" the car. And to keep the car, you have to maintain that number of team members, that career level and that production, or you'll get a bill for the car or have it repossessed. That car isn't free, that car isn't yours and there are lots of ways that MK can remind you of both of those facts.

I do not mean to sound rude or anything. But looking back at all the money I spent on inventory and giving stuff away; I could have bought a car out right and never had to worry about the reminders or threats. Live & Learn I guess.

Yeah and had a real investment for your $$ that you actually COULD sell and get some of your $$ back!!

I'll just go buy own Cadillac & paint it pink!!  :laugh3:  Actually I found a "official"   :jarcad:  MK Cadillac on the internet.   Pearlized Pink, 2005 & for sale!!  I guess some MK lady had enough & is selling it.  If I had the extra cash, I would but it! I'm sure ALOT cheaper then what she "earned" it for!! 
My sweet MK lady has the GrandPrix, she "earned" it last year.  The car has died on her twice this past two weeks & has been in the shop twice & still isn't fixed!  I felt so bad for her, but at least she isn't paying that bill!   :console:

It's funny.  I found this site today and just on my drive home from work saw like 2 Pink Cadillacs.  All I could do was roll my eyes.
