I was noticing how so many of the NSD's husbands escort them around at seminar, career conference, even local training events. It gives me a chuckle to think about these guys (who all seem to look alike), following their dominant wives around like poodles with a weird, stupid look on their faces. Their only purpose seems to be to carry the bags. Don't these guys have jobs of their own? Oh, that's right--they usually can 'retire' at 45 because their wives are so successful! Can we say "Stepford Husband"?

We had an NSD come to our area a few months back. Her DH was also touted as an 'expert' on the MK experience for men and was doing a husband's workshop. I talked my DH into going because I thought hearing from another guy would make him understand what a 'great opportunity' this was for me. DH came out of it thinking MK was more of a cult than ever and that this guy was the biggest fool of all because he fell for it, too.

It is not just the DH of NSDs but any DH of a cadillac director.  They become brainless.

My DH went to ONE breakfast with me and was so turned off...  He left before it was over (I was on the stupid stage the WHOLE time since I had done my dumbass power/perfect/plus/schmuck start), and later he told me he was not interested in doing that again on a Saturday morning.   giggle giggle

The Director's husband there had the same ole story -- was an engineer/doctor/astronaut/physicist and is now retired due to scary kay...

Yes, right.  How on earth can they say this crap with a straight face??   mad2 mad2
