 :gah: I was reading the post and getting excited because I thought she might be close to see the light  :nuke: she sends the email saying everything is good to go  :gah:

I remember those days, you probably feel sometimes like just pulling her hair and slapping her to WAKE HER UP. :nuke:  OK, but just be patient  rofl rofl rofl At least I know I need to try yo be patient myself :biggrin:

Unfortunately, as SD's we get sucked back all the time thinking we are spending too much time being a director and we let out personal business fall by the way side.  It is a vicious cycle and until she gets out, it will continue round and round.  Whatever the new implementations are, they won't work unless she gets really good at frontloading.  If she is not that kind of person, it will probably never work out for her and she will be happy to find this place.  I still recommend leading her here, gently of course.  It sounds like she will really need it.
