Hey everyone!  I've not been posting so much, but I've been reading.

I have a question, and I kinda know the answer, but I need your opinion.

I sent it back about a year ago, and didn't hear anything from my director.  I was surfing the net a couple days ago, and saw that she had take  a job at a local college.  Why a successful, Cadillac driving Director would need to do that is beyond me ( yeah, that's sarcasm )

I got a voicemail tonight from her.  About how she hadn't talked to me for a year, and she just wanted to check in and see how I was, how my daughter is, etc.

Recruiting tactic, right?

Or maybe she is totally freaking out in the fog and is trying to get out...  Since I do not know her or her situation, I am obviously just guessing, but if she is a director, she may be pretty scared if she is realizing it is all CRAP.  Maybe she just wants to talk to some who got out alive...

Or maybe she is a self-centered biotch trying to get you involved in another scam! 

I guess it depends on your friendship before or out of scary kay...

Either way, nice to see you posting! 

So I called her back.  Mostly out of curiosity, partly because it has always bothered me that we just abruptly stopped talking.

It was nice.  We spent 90% of the conversation about our families, and what we'd been up to.  I did tell her nicely that I was sad that the MK thing didn't work out for me, maybe I didn't know enough people, or maybe there's just too many consultants in this area.  She was really sweet about it.  She didn't say a word about wanting me to join again or anything.

I did mention something about the mineral makeup, and she said about how I could get some of my old customers together and have a class.  Uh, yeah, I'll get back to you on that. 

All in all it was a nice chat.  She's putting me on her email list, maybe PCP, and I don't have an enemy out there in the world.  I feel better about the whole thing.  Still hate MK, but not this person.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound so bitchy, BUT, she called you and warm chattered you!!!! You fell for it and now she has a new customer from it! 

Since you sent back your MK, supposedly you can never become a consultant again, but you sure as hell can get pestered over and over and over again to buy buy buy!!!!!!! 


I would avoid her like the plague!!!!!! JMHO!!!!!!!
