I'm really sorry girls, but as I started this topic I realized that I have been a mess lately and it seems like I have been whining a lot about poor me & my family. And yet...here I am again. DH had an upper MRI done last Thursday. We are going this afternoon for the complete report, but the preliminary report he got Friday evening was not good. It appears that he has at least 2 severely damaged vertebrae in his neck and a broken disc. I am taking off work early today so that I can be with him for the final results. Could you please pray for him? He is really scared about these results and when he goes to the orthopedic Dr on 2/6 we are going to ask that they do a complete MRI to look at his entire spine. He is still in so much pain and it is killing me. Love to everyone!  |

Girlfriend you are on the top of the list! How scary this must be for you both. Drs can do so much now to correct damage to the vertebrae without much invasive surgery. Just remember, God is always in control.  |

Jypsi, asking for prayer and letting your friends know what's happening in your life IS NOT my definition of whining, so get that thought out of your head. I'm glad that at least now you know what's going on with DH and his medical team can set about fixing it. Hopefully, a complete MRI will show no further damage to his spine. Sincere prayers are with you and DH and DS, that these problems will be healed and life can get back to normal for you all. Hang in there, dear friend, and know that you have love and support here. How is DS, btw?   |

How is DS, btw?
DS is progressing nicely, thankfully it appears that he only has tissue damage, but we are going to ask the ortho if he will do an MRI on him anyway just to be sure. Thanks CI for your kind words and remembering ds! Chaos...what else can I say but  |

Ms. Jypsi..........Please ...Please never worry about asking too many times for prayer and getting on line. Lord know you and the other wonderful ladies were such a great help to me when I had my request. Believe me if I had more time and privacy you would see many more request from me for sure. I will pray for yur DH that by the strips of Jese he will be held of all the attacks against his body and that the healing spirit of God will fill his injured body instead.

UPDATE: So we went to the DR. yesterday and found out....NOTHING!!!!  The xrays were not done and the DR was giving dh pretty much the run around on any further info. And now since I took off work yesterday I can't do it again tomorrow which is when we THINK we will be getting an answer!  On top of me now having a cold, I have to sit here in this  office and wait, and wait, and wait. *sighing sadly* oh well... I give this frustration over to God to help me get past it and continue to pray for my dh & ds! |
