This is so hard. My closest friend in the world just lost her cousin. She was a beautiful 17 year old girl who killed herself this week. My heart is breaking for her and for her family. They are totally devastated.
Please pray for them as they try to get through this. The ONLY bright spot in this is that she was a Christian, so she is now with the Lord.

TUP, I am so sorry to hear this. I lost a friend in high school to suicide and the entire community was affected by it. I will pray for your friend's family; that must be horrible. |

Thank you everyone for your thoughtful words, beautiful prayers and well wishes.
I spoke to her and she said that during the funeral there was an incredible peace throughout the church... People were devastated, but they felt the power of prayer and it made a difference.
She wanted me to thank everyone here for her, and tell you that it was so amazing for her to be in our thoughts and prayers.
