I had a PC kitchen spritzer and it got clogged very often.  I finally threw it away.  A few years ago I saw a Misto at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and bought it.  I use it often and it's never clogged.  http://www.misto.com/

Oooh, thanks for the tip Ginger!  I've never tried anything but Pam cooking spray or just dumping a Tbsp. or 2 of oil and swirling it around in the pan (which wastes it and adds more fat than necessary).  I'll look at that misto thing for sure.
