Coming out of the fog

1 small box instant chocolate pudding
2 cups cold milk

Mix and let set.

Add in 1 box German Chocolate cake mix (dry).  Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle 1 pkg (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips over the batter.

Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

Pour 1 can cherry pie filling over chocolate chips and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Mix cheesecake filling until well blended:
8 oz block of cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Pour over cherries, put back in oven, but turn oven off.  Let set for 1o to 15 minutes until cheesecake filling sets up.

Eat and enjoy!  It's really great straight out of the oven with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.  It's great without, too.  It's better when it's warm so the chocolate chips are all gooey.

the only problem with this is that if I made it, I would eat 90% of it by the end of the day. (Leaving the last 10% to make myself feel good for not having eaten the ENTIRE thing.) heh.

Hmmmm...maybe I could make it with fat-free cream cheese and feel better about it  :teehee:
