I've always thought the idea of a pressure cooker was kinda...well...OLD!!!  But, I recently came across a recipe that had to be prepared in one so I started looking into what the benefit of having one might be.  At Christmas, I was completly out of "wish list" ideas and happened to run across a pressure cooker in Wal-Mart right as I was being asked for a list once again...and so...a pressure cooker I requested and received!  I've had fun experimenting with it and certainly am enjoying the convenience.  Are there any other pressure cooker users out there???  I'd love to trade tips and/or recipes!

Here's one of my first experiments: (I never measure so this is all estimates)

Creamy Onion Chicken--one pot!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup

Coat chicken in onion soup mix and lightly brown in pot.  Spoon cream of chicken soup over top of chicken, add 1/2 can water, cover and cook according to pressure cooker instructions.
