Members at my WW meetings have raved about these!  Me, I don't trust myself with chocolate and when I do, it's going to be the "real" stuff! smiley

Just kidding they actually look seriously good I'll bet my kids would really enjoy them! You could even add a little coconut! That would be tasty too!

My mom used to make something like this, but with chow mein noodles instead of the Fiber One.

Was there any nutrition information with these UYC? Specifically calories because I am really watching my caloric intake and these look really good for a treat.

I made these last night! My kids went crazy and my husband loved them! I used a large milk chocolate bar we had been given for Christmas and an organic ancient grains cereal, rice crispies and shredded coconut! I have to say they turned out to be a fantastic little treat!

As far as I can tell, each cookie equals 1 Weight Watchers point.

I found another variation on this recipe:

4 plain  Hershey Bars
2 cups Fiber One cereal
1/2 cup raisins

   1. Melt candy bars in the microwave, about 1 1/2 minutes .
   2. Add cereal and raisins.
   3. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with foil.
   4. Drop 16 cookies onto foil.
   5. Put into freezer until hard.

Also saw this same variation where, instead of raisins, they used 2 Tbsp of peanut butter.
